The interior changed more than a few times. It started out stock then I added some diamond pleated seat covers which were later changed to a black vinyl and red velour style. The dashboard changed the most. The original padded dashboard covering was cracked and a bit beat up. I patched it as best I could then painted it with "Trunk or Spatter" paint and then painted over that in black to cover the white speckles. The car originally had a full length teakwood dash insert from the previous owner . I covered that with a black plexiglass panel and then later removed that and covered the wood in a black padded vinyl and then again recovered it, for the last time, in red velour to match the seats.
I had a makeshift overhead counsel with a light installed along with a "Wink" 4 panel mirror (a must have back then).
I also constructed a dash to floor center counsel with a carpeted shelf on either side for storage. There was also a shelf behind the back seat extending to the rear window.
I built a light into the gear shift knob that came on with the headlights.
