Wanting to make the car a little different from the rest I decided to add a molded in visor. From the front it gave the car a bit of a "chopped" look. I had seen other cars with visors, some were even molded in but they had a dip where the visor met the roof. I wanted something more flowing so I molded the visor back to almost the center of the roof.
I slopped on about 3 gallons of Bondo and then started shaping it with a large circular grinder. Most of the filler was ground off in this process, but I achieved the look I wanted. I did one side of the car and when I was satisfied with the results, I started on the other side. Of course in doing all this I lost the groove along either side of the roof, so to replicate it I used a paint stick with some sandpaper wrapped around it.
I also installed a sunken antenna in the left front fender, removed and filled the turn signals, trunk handle and trim pieces. In the back I filled in the center of the engine vents to give them a 2 piece look and filled the license plate holes along with the rear panel exhaust tip openings as well as removing the handle from the engine lid.
